To make the most of your time at Co:Lab - check out the following information.

2—3 September 2026

Wellington, NZ

We’re looking forward to you joining us for Co:Lab 2026

Co:Lab 2026 is set to be our biggest year yet - with new features, more space and more opportunity to network and engage with the sector.

Harbourside Function Centre in Wellington

Habourside Function Centre, Wellington

4 Taranaki Street, Wellington

Co:Lab 2026 will be held in the iconic Wellington wharf warehouse known formerly as Shed 22. What used to house wool, wood and flax in one of its working lives, and now a brewery and function space, this New York loft feel venue gives a relaxed vibe to this face-to-face meeting. It is also a perfect location to access almost anything in Wellington including the waterfront bars and surrounding cafes.

Event app

This year we are launching an event app which will include the programme, speakers, sponsors and everything you need to know about CoLab during the two days you are with us. Keep an eye out on your inbox for details to access the app in the lead up to CoLab 2026.

Registration

Registration desk is up the ground floor as you enter. We will check you in, provide your lanyard and programme and have space for your luggage to be stored. The registration desk opens from 8am and we would like you seated before 9am.

Arrival tea & coffee

Tea & coffee is available on arrival each day. Grab your preferred seat and we'll direct you to where all catering will take place each day.

Catering and dinner

Co:Lab is fully catered including barista coffee, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, networking drinks, and a sit down dinner. Please let us know when you register if you are able to attend dinner on day 1. Dietary requirements can be shared with us during your registration.

Wifi and charging points

Wifi will be available at the venue and we'll have a phone charging station where you can charge devices.

Luggage

You can leave your luggage with one of our event staff when you arrive and we'll keep it safe.

Car parking

While we would recommend walking, taxi/uber/Didi, e-scooter, roller blades or other similar transport, if you are driving, the nearest parking option is all day parking with Wilson Parking at Te Papa via Cable Street or Waterfront Parking in between Te Papa and Barnett Street.
