Drawing on her personal experience of breast cancer and consumer advocacy, Fay will explore the challenges and opportunities of integrating genomics into healthcare. She will consider what an equitable and connected system should look like from the patient perspective, and why collaboration across laboratories, clinicians, researchers, health services, industry and consumers is essential to turn genomic advances into better patient outcomes.
